We are providing sample forms for your review and use in the Redemption process.*  We are also including a link to the forms page that the consumer/your client(s) would use to receive their good faith estimate.

Here are the documents:

• Motion to Redeem Property as Exempt
• Sample Agreed Order Authorizing Redemption of Debtor's Automobile
• Sample Order Authorizing Redemption

There are 3 ways that you can request your FREE Good Faith Estimate:

1. Print and complete the (PDF) Intake Information and (PDF) Vehicle Details forms and either mail (FSLC, PO Box 1879, Gig Harbor, WA 98335) or fax (253-851-5951).
2. Call us Toll Free at 877-265-8844 and one our friendly staff will be happy to that the information over the phone.
3. Complete the “Step 1 (Online) Intake Information and Vehicle Details Form.”

Once we receive your information, we will prepare your good faith estimate so you can see the savings that a redemption loan from Fresh Start Loan Corporation will benefit you.

After you receive your FREE Good Faith Estimate and you would like to be pre-qualified for your new Redemption or Replacement Loan, just print the Loan Application, complete it and either mail it to (FSLC, PO Box 1879, Gig Harbor, WA 98335) or fax it to 253-851-5951.
